Veggie Chili Caliente

Ingredients

  • 1 Medifast Veggie Chili Package
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped kale or broccoli
  • 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • Pam Olive Oil
  • To taste: powdered garlic, cayenne pepper. Italian seasoning, Liquid Aminos instead of salt

Directions

  1. Spray small sauce pan with Pam olive oil.
  2. Saute veggies until al dente.
  3. Add Medifast Veggie Chili and water.
  4. Heat on medium setting on stove top.
  5. Add seasonings as desired.
  6. Stir to desired consistency -Enjoy!
