- 2 packets of MF vanilla shake (or shake of your choice)

- 1 packet of splenda (not really necessary, but gives a little sweet kick)

- 1 tsp of baking powder (more than most, but really helps “puff” them up)

- 1 – 2 tsp vanilla extract (or extract of your choice – amount depends on your taste)

- 2 – 4 ounces of water

Mix dry ingredients with a wisk, then add the water slowly. Don’t pour in all the water at once, add it slowly at first and then add more as needed. You want to get a “dough” that is the consistency of paste.

Spoon the cookies by tablespoonful onto parchment paper covered baking sheet (or spray baking sheet with cooking spray). You should get about 4 good size cookies or 6 medium size cookies.

Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. For an extra kick you can sprinkle the tops with splenda and cinnamon for a “snickerdoodle” effect.
Is this cheating??
no newloser. i believe this would yield 2 meals. So however many cookies you make, eat half for one meal, half for the other.
See comment above.
thanks. It hs been 2 weeks and I can see a difference! I love to cook but was scared to jepoardize my small success 😉
Could this be used with the vanilla pudding as well?? i’m trying to find some thing to do with it…. not a fan…
Hi! I’m on my second week. Just found this site and loving it!!! One question…the vanilla cookie recipe…does that count as 1 medifast meal? BTW…down 5.5lbs in the first week!!!! I love this program!!!
Anyone else try to bake these? Down 8 lbs!
I’m going to give these a shot tonight. I’ll review them after I try it. I’m on day 10 and down 9.6lbs! Glad I found this site…especially the lean and green part!
Getting back into MF after a 2 month break due to extensive travel for work…. In my first 4 months, I lost 40 lbs. My goal for remaining 4-6 month is 45 more….
Happy to find this site because it’s giving me good ideas after I’ve gotten a little ‘burnt’ out on shakes, shakes, shakes. Trying the cookies now- 3 min left on the timer… I added 1/2 tsp almond extract, chopped up 10 almonds and added them to the ‘dough’, left out the splenda, and sprinkled the tops w/ cinnamon. If the dough is anything to go by, I think they’ll taste pretty good.
Okay- they are out of the oven… and… hmmm. well they look a little weird, and seem a little spongy, but I think they’ll taste lovely.
yeah… not so much.. didn’t taste very good. But, my dogs liked them.
Anyone have any ideas of anything to do with the chocolate mint ice cream?
Mix it with your coffee. Kind of like a Starbucks skinny peppermint mocha, but better!
Put a Via starbuck’s instant coffee into your blender, add 1/2 cup boiling water. Swish it around so it dissolves. Add a heaping cup of ice, and your chocolate mint ice cream packet. Blend it up and it is fabulous.
