Ingredients
- 1 packet Medifast vanilla shake mix
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 pack Splenda
- 1 cup ice , plus 1/2 cup water
Directions
Blend all ingredients but ice in blender or Smoothie Maker until smooth. Add ice cubes slowly, until smooth and frothy like a shake.
Serving: 1
I wonder how this would taste hot… Hm.
I mix either a shake, hot cocoa, or soft serve into my coffee every morning as my first meal of the day.
I add either the vanilla or the chocolate shake to my coffee every morning so I don’t have to think about creamers or sugar/splenda – It’s SO yummy!
