Ingredients
- 1 packet Medifast Banana Creme Shake
- 1 cup diet cream soda
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. DO NOT use the shaker jar for this one as the carbonated cream soda will shoot everywhere!

I did try this using Diet A&W creme soda……makes a very flavorful soda…..
