Ingredients

  • 2 whole hard boiled eggs (2/3 lean)
  • 1 tablespoon low carbohydrate salad dressing (mayo) (1 healthy fat)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (1/7 of condiment)
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed (1/2 condiment)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Chop eggs and mix all ingredients together. I served this with 2 toasted Revolution rolls (1/3 lean). Will need to add 3 greens, I served it with my Celery Salad. 1 serving
