I lost 13 pounds in July!

Time for the weekly Saturday weigh-in. It turns out that I lost 3 pounds this week. That brings my total loss for the month of July to 13 pounds. I’m pretty happy with this, because honestly I have not been good about staying on program. I wish I could set a better example. It’s not like I have been doing anything extreme, but I don’t really think my body has been in ketosis. I have slipped up enough times with dumb things like popcorn, to make me think that this is all just basic reduced calorie weight loss.

Next week is going to be even tougher because I will be traveling out of state for a job interview then jumping onto a plane for a wedding. But maybe I’ll be able to surprise you!

Starting Weight: 223 pounds – 5 pounds lost
Saturday, July 11: 218 pounds – 3 pounds lost
Saturday, July 18: 215 pounds – 2 pounds lost
Saturday, July 25: 213 pounds – 2 pounds lost
Saturday, August 1: 210 pounds – 3 pounds lost
Total Weight Loss: 13 Pounds
