Ingredients 1 packet Medifast French Vanilla Shake 1 cup cold water 1/2 cup ice, crushed 1/8 – 1/4 tsp Lemon Lime Crystal Light (powdered mix) Directions Place ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients 1 package Medifast French Vanilla Shake 1 cup water 1/2 cup ice, crushed 2 Tbs sugar free Egg Nog Syrup Nutmeg, dash Directions Put everything EXCEPT for the nutmeg Nutmeg into a blender. Blend it until it is the consistency you like. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle nutmeg.
