Ingredients 1 package Medifast French Vanilla Shake 1 cup water 1/2 cup ice, crushed 2 Tbs sugar free Egg Nog Syrup Nutmeg, dash Directions Put everything EXCEPT for the nutmeg Nutmeg into a blender. Blend it until it is the consistency you like. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle nutmeg.

Ingredients 1 packet Medifast Dutch Chocolate Shake 1 cup water 1/2 cup ice, crushed 1-2 Tbs sugar-free Peppermint Syrup Directions Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients 1 packet Medifast Banana Creme Shake 1 cup diet cream soda 1/2 cup crushed ice Directions Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. DO NOT use the shaker jar for this one as the carbonated cream soda will shoot everywhere!
