When I started Medifast, I decided to detail the experience in my journal. At the time I was keeping these on a different blog, but I am in the process of moving all the entries here. In 2008, I had been losing weight on The Hacker’s Diet, but after the holidays and some time spent not thinking about calories, my weight had increased again. This journal picks up as I realize I have many problems that need to be fixed.
