This sounds good – I just started the Medifast program and know that I will tire of grilled chicken and lean pork fast with tossed salads – I just did a google search to find recipes and signed up for your emails.
Thanks
What is serving size for this meal?
Is this a good choice when just starting the 5-1 plan? Can you use fresh green beans and mushrooms.
this sounds really good. But what the heck is teas savory and teas tarragon? lol
Hi Breanne,
That threw me for a loop too. I believe it is tsp (teaspoon).
It does sound good.
medifast says no onions…
why? what’s wrong with onions? i looked on some site and they say onions are fat burners..
I HAVE BEEN ON MEDIFAST, OFF AND ON, FOR OVER A YEAR. THEY SAY NO ONIONS OR VERY LITTLE ONION, BECAUSE ONIONS BREAK DOWN TO BECOME A SUGAR.
Green beans and mushrooms are not in hispanic cooking but sounds good!
Welcome to America
teaspoons maybe?
I agree, not very Spanish sounding. I would eliminate the green beans and use bell peppers or a mix of green, yellow and red bell peppers. Try adding a few olives (green or black) for a real Spanish flavor. Does sound good though.
TEAS IS TEASPOONS.
