Coconut Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

• 1 packet Medifast Orange Creme Shake
• 1 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup ice, crushed
• 1/4 tsp sugar-free Coconut Extract

Directions

Put ingredients into a blender and blend it until you like the consistency.
