Ingredients
- 1 package Medifast Dutch Chocolate Shake
- 1 package Medifast Strawberry Creme Shake
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
Directions
This recipe can be prepared in the shaker jar or a blender. Shake or blend until smooth. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze.

I do this w. my fruit punch mix and put a drop (literally) of lemon juice in each one. Sweet and sour, yummm….
