Salmon and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Salmon
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, diced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, cut into small bites

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 cooking pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon in one pan and the vegetables in another.

Cook for 20 minutes.
