Hello, I am pretty new to MF and am wondering if its possible to subsitute tofu mayo here so that you could use more than 2 tbs and also use it to top salads?
Tofu mayo -
Ingredients
1/2 lb tofu
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

I think the tofu mayo would be just fine and probably a lot healthier. I pretty much try to stay away from Mayo for health reasons that don’t have anything to do with Medifast.

Even though I’m retired, I have one day a week that I need a packed lunch. I take my tuna and put it in a small sealed container with my measured salad dressing. Then my lettuce and other chopped vegetables in a bigger container. When we are ready to eat, I can turn out the tuna and salad dressing onto my vegetables and I’m ready to eat. I’ve used leftover diced chicken breast the same way and was pleased with the result. Easy and very good. I’m six weeks into my diet and have lost thirty pounds.

I am confused… I can’t find mayo anywhere in my book – I was under the impression this was a big NO on the 5:1 plan!
