Chocolate Cookies

  • 1 packet Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 packet Hot Cocoa
  • 2 packets Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tsps SF Chocolate Syrup (you may add more to flavor it more)
  • 1/4 cup of water (give or take – work with it to find the right consistency)

Mix the dry ingredients together first. Next, add the wet ingredients. Slowly add the water and stir as you go. The consistency should be thick and sticky, like the scones or drop biscuits. Drop batter onto Pam sprayed cookie sheet. I made 6 nice sized cookies easily. Cook at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes.

This makes 2 meals of 3 cookies each. These cookies are a soft cookie but the big thing is they actually LOOK like a cookie! Obviously, they aren’t the real deal but they are quite tasty!

  1. Question: I’m on day 3 of the diet- so I don’t wanna do anything wrong from the start lol Is adding these extracts and sugar free syrup a “cheat?” Or something you’re only supposed to do in the transition phase? Or does it use up 1 of our daily condiment allowances or fat servings or snacks?

    1. Each meal would count as nearly 2 condiments as well. Each packet of Splenda counts as 1, the baking powder as 1/2, each of the extracts as 1/2, and the sugar-free syrup as 1/3.

You can have up to 3 condiments daily any time on the program.
