		<description>Hi Sandra. You can divide the Lean and green into two meals. but eat all or most  of the meat at one sitting. We need enough fat at one time to constrict the gall bladder at least once a day. If we don&#039;t. we are in danger of getting sludge and maybe stones in our gall bladder. Instead of getting healthy, we can have major problems.</description>

		<description>The only thing I don&#039;t like about some her recipes are that she is making them for her and her family.  I&#039;m a single person, so I only like to make maybe recipes that have at the most 2 or 3 servings to them so that way they don&#039;t sit in my fridge and go bad.  Otherwise, what she&#039;s doing sounds great!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;An update on my weight loss....Since January 4th, I&#039;m now down 27 pounds!!
