		<description>I started Medifast yesterday. I tried it once before for 3 days and it worked then. Don&#039;t know why I stopped. I had Lap Band in August of 2007, but because of steroid shots, I started gaining weight. Medifast is what I need. No thinking about food all day, and I can&#039;t wait to get home to fix my lean and green. Tonight grilled pork chop and steamed brussel sprouts.  Soft serve Medifast for dessert. I&#039;m liking this.</description>

It&#039;s like a ninja food designed to sneak up and make you fat. Congratulations on your weight loss so far. It should get easier and easier after Day 4. Let us know how it goes !</description>

		<description>Hey, I lost 69lbs last year on MF (Jan-July, with about 1.5months off plan due to various issues)....then off plan the rest of the year due to financial reasons, etc etc....Just started back on Jan 2, 2010 -- I&#039;m down 7.1lbs in my first week!  Almost as good as when I first started MF when I was a lot heavier!  I realize the losses will be smaller &amp; slower since my size is much smaller this time around, but it&#039;s the only diet I&#039;ve ever tried that worked at all.  So....here&#039;s to the near year!  I know you can do this!  I can, and so can you, so let&#039;s get the weight off! :)</description>

		<description>Been following your blog since I started Medifast on 9/21/2009 (...unfortunately that was right around the time you seemed to drop off program, but your site was a large influence on my decision to commit to Medifast).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Keep it up and keep us posted.  I recently hit the 50lbs dropped mark right around new years (starting weight 263, current weight 211), and find myself &quot;cheating&quot; a lot more than I want to. I am going to try to stay more on plan now that the holidays are over, football tailgate season is over and I have not travel plans until February.  I also need to get myself to the gym more consistently.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hoping to drop these last 25+ pounds and hit target weight of 185 by April 15.  Then I will need to figure out how to maintain....&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Can&#039;t wait to follow your progress.</description>
