Check out this trailer for a new documentary called Food, Inc. I haven’t personally seen the movie, but I’ve heard great things and am very interested. I know a lot of people stay away from current events type documentaries, because they are often depressing. But the word on the street is that Food, Inc. actually offers a glimmer of hope and presents ways that normal, everyday people can take small steps to improve the situation. For those of us who have been sensitized to how food and the food industry affect our bodies and lives on a daily basis, I think it is a must see.
